* Next Visualise The Green Light becoming a Warm & Soft Liquid & filling a Big Free Standing Bath Tub, with Bubbles as well!!
* Visualise & Feel Yourself Stepping into this Beautiful Green Warm Inviting Healing Water & Bubbles.
* See Yourself Completely submerging every part of Your Body into the Waters & Bubbles, feel the Warmth & the Tingling as the Healing Light & Water Spread to Your Entire Body
* Visualise The Powers of the Green Healing Waters & Light Transforming the Pains & Aches as they enfold Your Body in their Magical Abilities & Release the Tensions & Underlying issues of the Pain.
* Lay there Relaxing & Floating in the Beautiful Healing Waters for up to 30mins.
* When you feel you have had enough of a Healing Soak, simply climb out & pull the plug on the water allowing & seeing the residue of water full of the old Pain release back into Mother Earth for Rejuvenation.
* This is a Powerful Visualisation and is recommended to be practiced only 1-2 times a week for 5-30mins each time. xxx
