This Meditation is PERFECT for when you Feel like You need some Self LOVE & Nurturing or when You can Feel Yourself becoming a Little Too Critical or U|upset with Yourself over very small matters & it has been Channeled from a Pair of 2 Loving Faeries.
(All Visualisations I channel through from Various Light & Energy Beings. They may be practiced anywhere, anytime & can take as little as 2 minutes or up to 30mins.

* With Eyes Shut visualise the Area in the centre of Your Chest, The Heart Chakra, as being a Wonderful Bright Pink (Like the heart in the image above) with a Beautiful Shimmering Soft Gold over the top of the pink.
* Feel a Warm, Vibrant, Loving, Nurturing energy From Inside Yourself Mixing into these colours creating a Beautiful Sea of Golden Pink Love moving in Circling, Swirls & Twirls all Around Your chest in the front all the way through to the back.
* Really feel this Amazingly Healing Heart Recovering Energy move through all the area of yours chest, back and forth and all around moving with your breath... Truly embrace the secure feeling it gives and the strength it shares with every part of YOU!!
* Feel it Move up to yours shoulders & over to you back melting away the stress & Tension YOU are carrying there.
* Feel it move up to your Throat (Chakra) freeing the trapped self expression and words.
* Feel it then move right up all over your face and ears and to the top of your head including your hair... Feel Your face soften and glow in this Youthful Golden Swirling Pinkness!! Feel Your mind be free of Hurtful belittling Thoughts & Commentry.
* Finally Feel the Colour slip right out of the top of your head (crown chakra) taking with it all the Negativity You once held inside.
